Delete your account and data
You can ask us to delete your RouteMate account and the data connected to it at any time. This removes:
- Your account and email address
- Your profile, such as your display name
- Saved passes or cards and synced app preferences
To request deletion, email info@projectstarlit.com from your account email with the subject Delete my account, or use the form. We verify the request and delete your data within 30 days. We keep limited records only where the law requires, then remove them.
Advertising identifier: your ad ID is controlled on your device. Reset or delete it under Settings → Google → Ads, and you can opt out of personalised ads there too.
